Sean Downing came to our Real Estate office offering 3-4 seminars for a one time fee of $299.00. First seminar was cancelled - speaker in hospital - no other seminars have been offered.
Worst part - he charged me twice on my credit card in November. I disputed it - was removed by bank but immediately put back on my card - with a slight name change.
Every month since Nov I've had to dispute the new charge put on each month. My bank promised me yesterday that he was blocked from my credit card.
What do we need to do to stop this scoundral thief?
