I ordered a bottle of Wilton Pearlized Sugars from this site to decorate a large order of cupcakes that I'm making for a friend who is moving out of the country. They must be made by Wednesday. The site got me my package in good time, but they sent the wrong item. Right brand, right color, but not sprinkles. Pearl dust that I can't use.

I called the given number right away, but got voice mail, so I contacted the site via their "Contact Us" page, asking for the correct item to be sent as soon as possible.By the next day I had no response, so I called and left a voice mail. This morning I still hadn't heard back, so I sent an email. I still have not heard back by the close of the business day, so I've sent another email stating that if I do not get a refund within 24 hours I will be filing a paypal claim.

I seriously doubt I will get a response. If it were the weekend, I'd understand. This all began when I got the wrong package by 2 in the afternoon on a Monday. I've had to buy my item somewhere else in order to get it on time (IF it arrives on time by this point). To say I'm angry is putting it mildly.
