Contrary to Realty Trade's vague "contract, " those of us who have been ripped off by Realty Trade do NOT have to file suit in Orlando. Those of us who have already publicly filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General's office can enter into a class action suit against Realty Trade or whatever they want to call themselves this month. It matters not what they change their company name to. Federal law has a little something called "diversity of citizenship." Here's the best part Realty Trade. When your company is charged in a U.S. Federal Court of our choosing (and that day of reckoning is coming), it will NOT be in Florida. After the way Jeb's cronies fixed the 2000 election, let's just say we don't think Florida is any kind of place where justice resides. The first 10 people named to the class action suit are the most likely to get some form of monetary justice. To the others who do not recover any money lost, we truly are sorry for what you have had to endure. A new day is dawning and Realty Trade (Virtual Group or whatever you want to call yourselves) will NOT be a part of it. I implore all of you who have made unwanted donations to Realty Trade or its subsidiaries to file your complaints with the Florida Attorney General's office IMMEDIATELY!!! Don't let those snake oil slimes at Realty Trade (aka Loser Group) attempt to talk you out of filing complaints. The fact of the matter is that they are not going to give your money back, ever! We have to take it back.
