I have been ordering from this company for a few years now and never had a problem until today. On March 1st 2010 I visited there website to reorder some promotional pens that I needed.instead of my usual pen I decided to try the Bic pens they had advertised on there home page for 500 pens at $100. Only when I went in to order them the price went up to $120. I went ahead and placed the order anyway, then emailed them right away figuring they would just correct the problem and charge me the advertised price of $100 and fix the misrepresentation on there website. When I emailed Lynne Ziobro - who seems to be the only person who works there or that you can contact - she said she was going to correct it on the website. At this point I said that I felt she needed to honor her advertised price, and that it would only be good business to do so especially to preserve customer retention.
