Ripoff, scam, fraud, dishonest, steal, theft Internet

Consumer scam alert!

Our company recently hired webexpertsamerica.com to perform services on our website.

Because webexpertsamerica.com has a policy requiring payment upfront prior to work being done, we went ahead and paid them in full prior to them delivering any work based on their acceptance of the project and agreement of total cost.

For the benefit of our readers, please note that this "company" has not delivered any of the agreed upon work and has provided nothing but unnecessary delays, ongoing excuses, and clever stall tactics.in otherwords, webexpertsamerica.com has stolen our money and has provided nothing for it!

Could you imagine going to a drive thru, paying for your meal, and when you get to the window the clerk tells you to pull off to the side and wait for an undetermined amount of time for your food? How aggravated would you be?

What if after a week of waiting this same clerk said to you if you really want to know when your food will come out you would need to pay double the price... And only then they will tell you?

Welcome to webexpertsamerica.com...

This "company" markets their services as $6 per hour for web design services and on the surface this looks like an unbelievable deal. But what they failed to tell us is that the $6 level of service is a very low priority service.

In other words, they might get to our project at their sole discretion with no promise of a firm or estimated completion date. What can you do when you find this out after you've paid them?

This approach to doing business lacks honor, integrity, and professionalism and is unacceptable with both online and offline businesses.

Even though this "company" made no mention of these expectations anywhere on their marketing materials, terms of service, or website, they've consistently maintained this position only after they accepted our money and deposited it into their bank account.

After a week of waiting for an honest update on our project, they kept telling us that all other higher paying projects will continue to get first priority and they would not provide us with a timetable or a completion date for the project.

If we knew ahead of time that they would take our money and never actually begin working on our project or even keep us informed to an estimated completion date — we wouldn't have given them our business in the first place!

Would you?

But wait! After we paid webexpertsamerica.com in full for the project, later they cleverly asked us to pay more money if we wanted faster service! They refused to provide us with a simple estimated time of delivery for the project unless we paid them additional money to do so! What a hoax!

Buyer beware! This "company" requires payment in advance for all jobs under $600... And when they don't deliver all options for recourse become very limited for the average buyer!

Buyer beware! Never pay for services upfront no matter how professional or cleverly written a website is. Even if you think you are getting a great deal, leave the site and never return!

Webexpertsamerica.com has taken our hard earned money and has not provided the services we paid for.

They have not delivered our project and probably never intended to do so in the first place...

We have demanded a refund and they continue to ignore us.

Once again, if webexpertsamerica.com is reading this post, we demand a full refund of our money without further delay or continued stall tactics.

We want to warn our readers of becoming a victim to this type of scam!

Webexpertsamerica.com does not post a physical office address or have a valid phone number for consumers to call and speak to a live person. The number posted is simply voicemail and never return calls. This is a major red flag!

In fact, the phone number noted on their website is never answered by a live person and is completely useless!

According to their website, this phone number is supposedly reserved for customers who spend over $2,500 per month. This is very clever since the majority of consumers seeking web design services won't even come close to paying this amount and will have no access to them other than email!

Imagine paying a company in advance for services...

And they don't deliver as agreed...

Then they block your email address so you can't communicate with them anymore...

Then they block your browser from even revisiting their website...

*this is what happened to us and if you're not careful it can happen to you! *

Webexpertsamerica.com has cleverly shielded themselves from the public by not posting a physical address or a valid phone number on their website for consumers to call and speak to someone live.

They will only communicate with customers through email and the use of proprietary software they created called webexito. (link recently taken off line)

Once they took our money, they focused on frustrating us by not providing any service. What they did give us were endless excuses until we demanded a refund.

Following this request, they shut down our access to webexito and blocked our email so we wouldn't have records of sent emails or a way to communicate with them.

Without a valid address, phone, or email access it becomes very difficult to communicate!

The people on the other end of webexpertsamerica.com were focused on one thing: to take our money and provide us absolutely nothing for it!

Readers: for the sake of repeating ourselves, webexpertsamerica.com took our money and never delivered what we paid for!

We are left with no service and no refund!

We have asked for a refund on numerous occasions and they have given us nothing but excuses and delays...

But just don't take our word for it, the bbb reports this company as "out of business" and a prior complaint by another unsatisfied customer is left unresolved due to webexpertsamerica.com having previous disconnected phone numbers and no forwarding physical or mailing address.

But yet they are operating as a "real company" on the internet right now... Most likely conducting business in the same manner as they did with us.

They must be stopped!

A recent website post found by another concerned client is noted below:

Chargefront, Web Experts America, Inc.

I've got a real mystery on my hands and maybe someone out there could help.

There is a seller on Ebay by the name of Web Experts America, Inc. They sell web design services, and according to some buyers, they don't deliver.

When the buyer contests the charges with Pay Pal (for non receipt of items) the company refers the chargeback or complaint to a company called Chargefront.com. This company purportedly pursues anyone who disputes charges and offers legal services and a "litigation fund".

Their User Agreement is a joke. They never reveal who they are or where they are. A buyer on Ebay lost his Pay Pal dispute (for intangible items) and yet received a demand for several hundreds dollars from Chargefront, purportedly for attempting a reversal.

It appears that Web Experts America have also hidden who they are. The address provided in one of their user agreements is the address for Go Daddy in Scottsdale, and also other web domain providers.

They purport to be a corporation, but they are not on file in Arizona - where their address is located.

Web Experts America and Chargefront may in fact be the same people. But I cant find anything because they have registered through domain proxys.

Other websites run by this "company" are webexpertsamerica.org & webexperts247.com.

This post has been provided to serve as a warning to unsuspecting consumers who are considering doing business with webexpertsamercia.com.

We highly suggest that you do your own due diligence before sending your hard earned money to any web based "company" and prevent yourself from getting scammed like we did
