Paid amount in full by 02/15/09 with promise to have website completed by April or May at the latest. Received 1 email template with a sample background on 9/15/9. No update or contact since then.
I emailed a Cease and assist on 11/27/09 requesting partial refund as long as he could send it right away. I was told a refund would be sent in December by Money Order. Have not heard from him since. It is now March. Now demanding full refund plus compensation.
I can not explain how this has crippled my company. I am no longer in business because of this.
