Works for the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, NV Has committed fraud by notarizing documents, at work, that were known to her to be forged, and testified in writing as to the presence of my mother-in-law, which she was absolutely NOT

This person, employed in the HR department at the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, knowingly and willingly falsely notarized a document or documents for a fellow employee, Fran Lowery. The document I have, in Ms. Flannery's handwriting, indicates my mother-in-Law was present, which she was not.in addition, my sister-in-law's signature was forged by Fran in front of the notary.

I don't know this constitutes a "Rip-Off", however, we have concerns what other fraud may be committed by these two.
