Started loan November 1 -Denied Feberury 28 2010 Was lend to beleive the loan was approved the First of DecemberStop taking returning calls from me after the first part of Decembe

I've never in my life have I been treat so poorly when dealing with a loan company! They lie all the way through to me and my personal banker I started the loan with a Karen Funk who told me that I was approved and she was setting up a closing time Then come to find out I hadn't sent everything that was needed to be sent But I had asked her if I had sent everything I needed to send and her answer was yes! She had everything she needed! Then she started to ask for more thing and when I expressed my fustration she becaume upset with me and telling me that she going out of her way to put this loan through becouse my house doesn't meet the standards for this type of loan She would tell me she was going to check on thing for me and never did! Than I said something about being asked to evaluate how my loan was coming along and she went off on me! And never return a call or E-mail again

Then I was pass to LaShonda Neely who was right about everything! And anything I said, She wanted to agrue with me about it! Everything I said was wrong and she would explain over and over again thing. If I said anything differant she would agrue with me about it. Told me that I was not trying to get ahold of her and that I didn't leave her message on her phone Then she started hanging up on me! Twice in one day and when I reported this to the company I recieved a E-mail the next morning saying that my loan was denied Because they couldn't verify my husbands employment He was layed off so we where not making the money that we reported that we were making My husband's boss verified that he would be back to work with in a couple of weeks as I explain to Lashonda To sum this up I recieved a e-mail from David Grill dening my loan on the bases of not being able to verify employment and that I hadn't sent paper work in on time! Which wasn't true I send around sixty pages of things at a dollar a page. Payed 35 dollar to start the loan which I was to get back 350 for apprisal had to pay 50 dollars for roof inspection. So much for goverment back loans!
