It is important for customer to review all terms and policies BEFORE doing anything that might effect the warranty: Example #1 if u have an extended warranty thru abc DO NOT REFER TO THE MANUFACTURE!!! Abc has a guaranteed repair or replacement policy which can b effected if u allow manufacture to fix, also if u r not getting the results u want u need to say so the first time, ALL companies do not want disgruntal customers, if u put up the RIGHT kind of stink u will more than get ur way. Unfortunatly a few bad seeds can quickly give a bad name. People tend to forget that abc is a warehouse, NOT A MANUFACTURE they simply rent space to maytag frigidare sony ect... If ur product sucks it is the manufacture, not abc, that is why they sell extended warranties, and at a reasonable price! Guaranteed repir replacement and unlimited service calls for the length of the service contract... U need the facts ALL OF THEM b4 making swift judgements... If all else fails... Get it in writing!!!
