I ordered Nortons 360 security suite - Paid for it and received E-mail for download and install - Instruction were that this would be a 30 day trial and the activation key would be sent within 3 days
Installed the software and 3 days later the activation key was sent - I followed the instructions and the activation key would not update the software - it was in trial period
Sent numerous E-mails to I price requesting help with no answers -
Tried following the returns process on their site, and there is not icon for requesting the refund for downloads (the site states there is)
They also have a "Live chat " window that constantly states we are away for the moment leave a message
A rip off of $55 - and a lot of time wasted - avoid these guys
