On the 9 th dec we had a report from you to saywe had a virus on the computer and had to buy your software to get it off at the cost of 49.95 us dollars so we bought it and it was removed but whwn we recieved our credit card bill we were billed 129.95 us dollar. Why can you charge that when you said it was only 49.95 us dollars. I would like my money refunded to my credit card forthwith. What a csam and a rip off that was and under uk law it is false advertising and information that you supplied us with and we have taken it up with our lawers who advised us to write and demand our money back forthwith.
