I wanted to purchase a 2004 nissan 350z, the veichle had a big sign on it buy here pay here. Before i approached chiefs auto sales in north dartmouth, i had known my credit was in not so perfect. So i thought this could be my ticket to purchasing a new veichle. I also wanted everyone to know that i was recently diagnosed with cancer w / serious back problems. So I contacted mr. Moore, and asked what do you have to do purchse this veichle. He said, how much do you got. I replied 1000.00. Mr. Moore replied, or you have put at least 7000.00. I said, i don't have that kind of money, nor could i verify income because of my illnesses. So i walked away for a couple days and decided to search online for credit. So i did a credit with several lenders, and awaited the anser of approval or denial. I already had been turned down by one bank. So i contacted mr. Moore on the phone. He said " you better get down here with a large deposit or i'm going to sell the veichle to the next customer who is meeting me at 5pm. So i zipped over to chiefs auto, and handed alan 1000.00 to hold the veichle in good faith. Mind i gave him two money orders in the amount for 500.00 each. So i questioned alan, where is the bill of sale, car fax and has this veichle ever been in an accident or salvage. Alan never gave me a direct anser. He replied call me in the morning. Right then i knew things we not right. Called him next morning, i said "nobody can finance me because of my disable situation. I want my money back. Alan replied you better get financed, i have a lien on this veichle, just get financed. I called him again and demanded my money. I called the local police. Police said he would give 500.00 back. So i waited for alan, never showed. So contacted him again. I said i am goin to court. He replied" I Love going to court, i have friends" See you in court Merry Christmas z. So I went to court and what a waste of my time that was. The both of them where smoking cigs outside before court. That wouldn't let me say anything, it was like the magistrate was representing alan, it was so obvious. He kept on repeating the costs of doing business. Hello, according to Mr. Mfr he repeatedly said this was a private sale on tape. So why do i have swallow these costs. So i lost the case... I want everyone to know that justice was not served here. I am a victim of a scumbag, druggie who took advantage of me a disabled person. Please tell everyone about this dishonest person. If someone can help me, i am sure we can get the tapes from court. Do not purchase anything from here.
