Dazzle smile pro a major, major ripoff. I saw an ad on the internet where a woman claimed you could get a free 30-day trial of Dazzle Pro for $1.97. This really sounded good. I signed up thinking Id only have to cancel the auto-ship program during the 30-day trial.
On the 30th day, I called to cancel the auto shipment. I thought I was done, but I was MISTAKEN. I called the company the following day to verify that the auto-shipment had been canceled and that my credit card would not be billed.
Even though a month had just passed, Dazzle Smile had already conveniently billed my credit card $87.62. I was then informed that in order to get a refund, I had to return the tube with the remaining Dazzle Smile via a trackable delivery method.
The Customer Service Rep I spoke with when I canceled the auto-ship charges on the 30th never mentioned that I also had to return the UNUSED PORTION of Dazzle Smile. I decided that this is just a tactic to make it difficult for you to obtain a refund.
This is so DISGUSTING. Is the company going to repackage the unused portion of the returned item and resell it?
I called Dazzle Smile several times trying to get a refund. The 1st time I called, Dazzle assured me that a credit had been issued to my account. I checked my bank statement the following month, but no credit appeared.
I called back a 2nd time and was told that perhaps the credit would post on the next billing cycle. When I called back the 3rd time, the Customer Service Rep I spoke with had an attitude and wasn't very helpful.
The 4th time I called, I asked to speak with a Supervisor, but one wasn't available. The 5th time I called, I asked if there was any way they could trace the payment to see where it went.
I was told that I would have to file a complaint with my bank. So that's where I'm at now. I'm also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
