$1.95 free-trial turned into 4 charges by 2 companies (Health Smile and WellBHealth) and somehow involving the 3rd company, Dazzle Smile. One of the charges was for $48.92 for an auto-ship, which I did not authorize. I called and was told to ship the product back with the cancellation number clearly written on the outside, which I did. I also tracked it through the USPS. I expected a refund. Now, 120 days after the original charge, they are refusing to refund the money because I am outside the 120-day window. I was told that I should have called sooner and there is nothing they can do. I was even denied a conversation with a supervisor until I became irate enough. The supervisor told me the same thing. They are also claiming that my "charge date" was 10/28, which I can prove wrong by my bank statement. And, yes, I did return the product within the specified time—30 days. Crooks!!!
