This company called me last evening 2-25 and told me they were serving me with papers to sue me for a credit card that I never owned, and that the balance is 3,174.63 and is to be paid in 3 days. How do I go about filing a complaint against them? I never owned a credit card from them and I went online last night to get a copy of my credit report and there is no such thing on my credit. I feel as if my idenity has been vilated and I am afraid for what will happen. Please help me. Thank you sincerely Louise Gerardi
