I have been searching for a new or late model pickup, primarily a Ford. I was searching the internet and came across an advertised special from Centennial GMC. It was a 2009 GMC Sierra, originally $37,000 marked down to $27,000. Although it wasn't the brand I wanted I drove out to the dealership to take a look and liked the truck. I emailed the internet sales division and received an email back from Henry Andino. I called Henry and asked for an out the door price. 30 minutes later he called me back with a price of $38,000. When I questioned how an advertised special price of $27,000 becomes an out the door price of $38,000 I was told that the manager elected to add on $5.000! Plus some additional fees.
False and misleading advertising and they did not care. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
