In the case of Bulk REO deals, its better to know exactly who you are dealing with. You need to be able to trust the person and not have any doubts in thier business ethic. Bait and switch contracts are just some of the things this man practices. He seems knowledgeable and competent until a problem arises and he is no where to be found. So many people are taking advantage of those less fortunate in these economic times and he is just another person looking to get ahead on the back of someone else. Promises arent meant to be broken. I thought I could trust him and now Im left feeling stabbed in the back. I jsut dont want this to happen to anyone else. Buyers and Investors Beware!!
