Made false statements and when they called me for payment I cancelled and then they send me a past due statement

When they initially called me I informed them that I did not want their services and they would not let me off the phone. I can't remember them identifying them selves

They then called as a collection agency and I imformed them that they had withdrawn $56.00 from my bank account and I wanted to cancel any and all memberships with them.

Then on Feb 23 I received a past due statement from them.
