We were looking for a house to rent and ended up on Craig's list. We found a lot of nice homes for good prices and started to call and all nubers went to VIPOptions.
We were talked into buying the V.I.P. Plan for $130.00. We were told we would have to do nothing but look over their web site pick the houses we like, they would contact us when we could do a walk through and since we were V.I.P.'s we would not have to pay a deposit even on our animals.
After days of trying to find a house and many calls to VIPOptions we got nowhere. We signed up on 14th Feb. 2010. We told the person we signed up with we wanted to rent a house not buy.
Calling again and getting nowhere we were told they do not help with renting only rent to own and lease to own, to go to self help. We did and couldn't get any houses on their list.
Again we called and well the list handn't been updated since October! So we call again it will be updated in 1 to 2 hours. Nope, we call again 24 hours. Nope, we call again now it's 24 to 48 hours.
23rd of February we are fed up and guess what it will be a week their systems are not running correctly.
I find on the computer this web site and all these complaints. Yep I call back and state they do not have a good reputation, we would rather not deal with them and since they have done nothing for us we would like a refund. Same as the other complaints. They have to review the phone calls, they have to see how much we used their web site. I said we didn't use your, your list hasn't been updated since Oct. Of 2009 how much help would that be to anyone.
As I read the complaints to him (Eric) he hung up on me.
Buyer beware I wish I saw this web site first I would be $130.00 richer and not looking like a fool filiing this complaint but I'd rather me be the fool then anyone else give their money to these thieves.
