I had just purchased a brand new 46" Samsung LED TV (msrp $2499) Afterwards, I went to get a cup of coffee and upon exiting saw that my car was getting towed. I opened the back door and showed the driver (David Retana) the TV and asked the him if I could remove my belongings from inside the car, but was told I was not allowed to do so. When I arrived at the tow lot a little while later, the TV was missing. The company claims that no one opened my car while it was at the lot. Wonder if David took a little pit stop on the way there? Absolutely horrible to deal with, short and unfriendly staff, have never called me back. I am currently pursuing all legal remedies at my disposal against Mr. Retana and United Tow LLC.
