Its been 1 1/2 year since I started my modidication with the mentioned. There has been no follow up and they have moved from at least 3 locations. He never returns my calls. I was charged a $3500.00 fee up front and was advised to stop paying my mortgage all together. I feel taken advantage of, Im a single mother struggling like many others to save just enough money for our family. I thought that I had hope and now I might be facing foreclosure becauser I was wrongfully advised by an (educated attorney).
I want help from someone that can get justice for me and other people that were ripped off by this person. I will pursue this to the fullest extent the law will allow me! I want him to stop ripping off innocent people and hopefully all together to have his privileges of practicing law all together! He thinks that by taking advantage of innoccent people like me is providing for his family??? Boy, does his family have a rude awakening to find out how discussting this person is! I would be ashamed to have a family member like that! Someone please help me!!!
