Did not ship replacement light. I e-mailed and phoned over a six week period and never recieved a reply of any kind. The one time I did get thru the guy was rude and told me one was in the returns dept

On jan 2 i ordered a light bar. It was backordered, so i called on jan 4 and substituted a different light bar. Got it on jan8, it was the wrong color so i returned it on jan 12. Weeks went by no light was ever sent. Started to call them on feb, 1.2010 leaving numerous e-mails and over 15 calls. The one time i did get thru to a "john" he said no one was in the returns dept. Because it was "presidents day"!! I knew then that i was probably screwed, this company is a total rip-off. They are nothing but crooks and make absolutely no effort to return calls or e-mails. Do not order from this "company" jim van buren ohio
