Luxman Trading Concepts General Manger James Kennedy agreed with my Lawyer that I was due a full $6000 refund. That was November 5. To date I have not received that $6000 refund.
March 26 the President of Luxman Trading, Andy Lux, wrote a fradulent letter to Bank of America's dispute department. Based on Andy Lux's letter Bank of America over turned my $6000 dispute credit without ever checking the statements in the letter that I had brought to B of A's attention which where not factual and fraudulent.
Cosequently if anyone has issues with Luxman Trading contact the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The contact person at the CFTC is August Imoltz. The phone number is 202-418-5000. August seems very interested in pursuing Andy Lux and James Kennedy. Please contact him and supply evidence to build his FEDERAL CASE.
