Charles Winters pretends to be nice and cut you a fair deal. He even claims to follow a shoddy contract. Yeah right. He will not abide by the contract or anything about it. It has been 40 days now, my website is still not complete, and there are glitches all over the place. He made me pay him the money because he said that the work we discussed (minor—or so I thought changes) would be done in one day. Alas, 1.5 months later, nothing has been done. My site is discombobulated and missing critical information. Calling, texting, emailing, and even showing up at his fake doorstep do nothing. Once he has ran with your money, you will never hear from him again. The worst part about it, is that he shows you FAKE websites of what he has done and then produces a product that looks NOTHING like the originals. Do not get scammed. HEED these warnings!
