We hired Charles Winters, the owner of Metro Website Design to create two websites for us. He accepted two checks, deposited the money and never built the sites for us. We texted, emailed, and phoned asking for updates but Charles has completely disappeared.
There are two pending Small Claim's actions against Charles right now. We included treble damages because he intentionally took our money and never started or completed the work. This is blatant fraud, breach of contract and his criminal behavior needs to be stopped!
