Hoping I filed this information previous correctly. Purchased a Gift2go Visa Gift Card for $50. Did not use so full value of $50 is still valid according to their website & phone balance info. Company puts expiration on card but does not place on card that this is now non refundable after expiration or that needs to be used before expiration or what to do upon expiration on the card itself.
Contacted company refuses to give a new card with the $50 unused balance or refund. Refuses according to supervisor Lyda whom I spoke to says sorry & thank you for your $ we are keeping. Single parent, $50 is a lot of money to just throw away to company that is ripping off people without adequate information or misleading information printed on card. THEFT, FRAUD they keep your money.
Contacting them got me now where & refusal to refund $50. Refused to give information on main company involved in this or address.
