Credit Collection Services Scaming on a cancelled Auto and home owners policy

I to have been turned over to CCS by Liberty Mutual. Like the other posting, they CCS won't send me any proof from LM of the debit and Liberty Mutual won't give me any infor either. From my calculations based on the cancel date and the fact that I prepay the policy monthly, Liberty Mutual owes me.
CCS also scams you by sending an email to sign up to communicate with via email, but once you do sign up, it is a one way communication, them to you with daily harrassing emails and you can't respond back.
