HIT A unauthorized deductation from my bank after they had cancelled my website. Fraud

On February 12th I was told by telepone by an individual (Carlos) who I had never talked with from Heritage Web Design/HIT that my website was cancelled and he hung up. I later that day checked my bank account and saw where they had taken $120.00 the day before, February 11.

I have tried to get an answer to my quarry, but no one will speak to me.

And they will not return my telephone calls. I am on fixed income and the loss is affecting me.
