I ordered arrow supplies over their 1800 number and the day it showed up to my door a week and three days later they then billed me messing up my checking account even after I asked them to bill me on the day I ordered.

I then opened up the box after just talking to them and the whole order was messed up. The stuff I ordered was pritty simple and they were all the same (one dozen of every color feather right wing) Well they couldn't get that right.

Calling the second time I spoke to a female who told me she would talk to somebody and call me back and make it right with me. Well I'm still waiting for the phone call so I decided to right a review. Oh and by the way the lady kept apologizing to me made it sound like it happens alot.
