Any websites offering 'mermaid secret cottage at 3 Rivers south east dominica' or anything similar is a scam, and is not connected in any way whatsoever with 3 Rivers & Rosalie Forest Eco Lodge in Dominica.
We do not have a cottage with that name.
I would like to point out that in fact the name 3 rivers does not exist as an area in Dominica, and never has done.
It only exists as my legally registered business name, and I have the sole intellectual property rights on the name 3 Rivers in Dominica.
The mermaid secret is my neighbour, and we have a court case running on another matter already. I believe it is an attempt to fool potential clients into thinking they are the famous 3 Rivers. Using my legal name in a false address to confuse guests is a breach of my intellectual property rights and is, as such, illegal.
The correct address for both properties is Newfoundland Estate, Rosalie, Dominica.
3 Rivers is our registered name in The Commonwealth of Dominica, and anyone else using it is doing so under false pretences. The only legal name 3 Rivers is Dominica 3 Rivers Eco Lodge, and Rosalie Forest eco Lodge
