On Feb 4th I called LTC in a panic as my daughter had an infestation of head lice. Spoke with a witch by the name of Liz., She was nice and informative a first although when she returned my call it was from a private number... I understand why now. She explained she would send someone from Sarasota to treat and guaranteed success. She quoted $100.00 an hour not including the drive time.in desperation my daughters dad and I agreed to it. The lice was passed to me as well! The girl that treated took her time as she got paid by the hour and after about 20 hours and thousands of dollars later the lice were far from gone! There was no follow up call, so I called and left a message for Liz to call and she didn't! Instead of having the professionalism and consideration of returning my call or at least have the person who treated us call, she had a stranger call with a series of quesrtions and advice on how to treat myself. I couldnt as I have long hair and could not get to the back both the person treating and Liz knew that. I told the stranger to have Liz call! She did finally call late that night and had the audasity to raise her voice in a sarcastic manner told me to treat myself! I was so upset I hung up in tears. I was left to deal with it after she got paid. Everyone involved were idiots! If I can save one person the time, trouble and expense then the time it took to do this is worth it. Good luck! Unfortunately she got the credit card info upfront so she got paid and its Feb 19th and I still have the lice. I called Louse Removal and the lady I spoke to said she has had several called from people complaining and had to clean up the mess that was made. They do not charge half the cot so have an appointment to meet with them. They made the nightmare worse!!
