Unable to sell a safe reliable vehicle

My wife and I purchased a vehicle on Monday the 8th of February. When we discovered the A/C wasn't working properly we left it at the dealership to get fixed. It took them a day to get the part which was the A/C Compressor. On Tuesday we were told that they needed to fix an oil leak. We picked up the vehicle on Wednesday the 10th (47 hours after it was left at the dealership). On Thursday we discovered 1) that the A/C still wasnt working, and 2) that the windshield wipers did not work properly, and 3) that the oil was still leaking. We contacted the service department and were told to bring the vehicle back on Thursday. When we called on Thursday they told us they were too busy, please bring it by on Friday. We took the vehicle in on Friday. The service rep told us I told you to bring it in first thing, when we spoke with them on the prior day he mentioned nothing about a specific time. We were told that they are too busy to look at it, and that we should bring the vehicle back first thing on Monday the 15th. On Monday the vehicle was worked on and we picked it up that night. We were told that the A/C compressor was replaced (again) with a refurbished part. They fixed the windshield wipers, and again told us they fixed the oil leak. Tuesday afternoon we determined that the oil was still leaking. After crawling under the vehicle I determined that the Crankshaft oil seal was the faulty component. We contacted the company yet again, and were told to bring the van back in and they would take care of it. We dropped the Van off at 4:30 pm Tuesday evening. On Wednesday at approximately 5:30 pm (25 hours after we dropped the vehicle off), we were contacted by the service department and told that the dealership owner Michael Bristley was not willing to repair the vehicle unless we paid for half of the parts and labor. After careful consideration, and contacting another shop to get an estimate, we decided to give the company one last chance. The repair which is listed as a 1 hour repair, was not done on Thursday. I spoke with the service department and they stated they were too busy to work on it. I was given an estimate of Friday morning that the repair would be completed. At this point our vehicle is still in the shop awaiting the repair. At this point the vehicle has been in the shop for 5 days out of the 10 days since we purchased it. That is just the problems we had with the service department.

Customer Service wise the experience has been a nightmare as well. We have been lied to, ignored, and treated with a general disrespect. It has been a chore to get anybody from the service department on the phone that has any idea of what is going on with our vehicle. I had left 4 messages for the Service department and 2 messages for the Dealership owner. I received not one call back. I simply had to call several times and remain on hold for 20 minutes at a time before being disconnected on at least 3 occasions. My wife spoke with a manager when she was very frustrated with the treatment and used the word shit, at which time the gentleman hung up the phone. It was later determined the person she spoke with was the owner. His insistence that his service people had done their jobs properly and timely has left a very bad taste in our mouths.

At this point our Vehicle is not repaired, although it should be finished on the 19th of February. I do not recommend that anybody purchase a vehicle from this company. I have spoken with 2 other people during this entire ordeal, and have learned this seems to be common practice. The Better Business Bureau list the dealership with an A - rating. I for the life of me cannot figure out how they have maintained this rating. I am filing a complaint with the BBB as well as making our story public with Facebook, and 3 on your side.
