Ron Arciaga gave a great presentation to our client that hewill build a great website, but after he received the money to start he disappeared, never built the website and never answered our clients calls in thematter. When our client approached us wetold him to go ahead and file with small court, once we had the court papersfrom the court we stated looking for Ron so we can serve him, we had to trickRon to meet with us on a false pretence that we are new clients for a website, after serving him with court papers he never should up in court to present hiscase. Our client has received a judgmentfor collection and we are in the process of levying his bank accounts.
He does not answer his phone unless he knows the phonenumber and he will wait until someone leaves him a message, once he knows thatit is not a collector, investigator, or a pissed off client he will call youback.
