Contacted USA Credit Recovery (William Ficka III) to recover a court judgement and invoice totaling $5,000. They could not collect, but stated that I should take them to court in NY and they could do this. They wanted $1,000 but would take $500 to file court papers and use a local lawyer. I sent the $500 but was then told by their legal council Bill Jones, that they needed the other $500. Before they could take any action. I told them to forget it, I will only send more when the court papers are filed as agreed, and if not, to send my $500. Back. They never did - no letters, no phone calls, no emails. I called several times with no results, Bill Jones would not talk to me. How can this sort of scam be allowed by law?
