I signed up at garysimon.net and paid for 3 logos. He completed the project ontime and to my satisfication, but I only got the files for 1 of the logos.
I tried to contact him numerous time via multiple email address, the online contact form and this is pretty much my last resort.
Its worse than not having the project done at all because I can see the completed logos but I can't download the vector version to give to my client (whom I've since had to refund).
Nice work, poor service. If anybody out there knows how to contact this guy, please let me know.
