I was directed to this web site that allows you to order legal birth certificates on line for the low price of $19.instead of leading me to the order forms the web site kept directing me to another site to download the forms but the downloading site kept having errors so the I was never ever able to download the forms. I have tried to contact the web site but I have gotten no response from them. They aslo charged me $29.98 instead of the $19.00 the site promises. What ever you do Don't Use This site.
