On 11/10 ordered a birth certificate, free load forms can up they charged my credit card $29.96 never got a copy from them. They took $9.97 again. How can i stop them. Do i need to get a lawyer. I can afford them to do this, i order it for my friend Linda Sue JONES, HELP ME. Frankie hughes
