Virgin Mobile took money from my bank account Jan 6 without my permission. It is now Feb 17th and I have called every week since the 6th. No one knows how to help me. They all tell me the same thing. I cannot believe that It has taken this long to get my money back. 86.59 needs to be returned to me. I have all the proof that it was taken and If action isnt taken on Virgin Mobiles behalf I am going to have to take further action. I have never been so angry at a company. I am very disappointed and I will no longer recommend this company to any one I come across. The Last person I spoke to was Andre on 2/3 and he told me to get on here if nothing has been done. I cant believe this. What a horrible Company, They obviously do not care about their Customers. They refuse to help and solve a problem; They lie to you to get you off the phone. Crazy.
