3 pairs of boots were purchased from Uggs On Sale, cozy2boots.com. Refund was requested after boots were discovered to be counterfeit. Boots were returned successfully to cozy2boots.com with confirmation of receipt from US Postal Service, but refund has been refused/not provided.
