Holly smokes, I came across this and I have to report my story! These people are Liars!!! Honestly they come off as nice people at a first meet, but watch out!!! When it comes to money these people will rip you off with you watching! I did some contracting work for them on a flip they were working on. They were very slow to pay me and they kept telling me these excuses. Irene would talk my ear off and make me feel sorry for her as she said she's battling cancer, her mother was dieing, her daughters were trouble, ect... The list goes on! She kept using excuses as to why she could not pay! I finally had to sue them and even then they did not pay me! I put a lien on their house and have yet to be paid... Beware people!!! They are great actors, and seem very nice! Do not trust them for anything! Sorry to all the victims.
