I ordered this so called free trial on January 5.By the time it arrived (January 11,) I had decided I didn't want it and refused it (January 11).
I notified them the same day that I refused the item and they sent an e-mail confirming this.
I then checked back in a few days as they charged my credit card $88.98. I continued corresponding with them as they kept saying I didn't cancel within the two week period.
This is untrue as I have the e-mail confirming this from them. I have sent many many e-mails requesting to speak to a supervisor and still I keep getting the same form letter back.
I do not have a phone number or an address where I can call and complain or get any satisfaction. This started on January 11 and it is now February 15 and still I get the same pat answer.
I am dissabled and live on $1000 a month and cannot afford to have this money in their hands with no explanition at all. They refuse to let me know what happened to the watch that I returned and have offered me a partial refund. This is unacceptable to me as I did not receive any product why should I have to pay for something I did not receive.
