Left voice mail saying thank you for signing up which i never did told they will bill my phone company 14.99 havent been able to reach them by phone or internet

Ecieved phone message thanking me for signing up to call me central which i never did left a 800 211 1790 number to cancel nobody picks up then telling me there going to phone my phone company 14.99 a month googled saw it was a big scam goverment should go after them big time fraud
