Upon receiving my monthly bank statement I noticed two unauthorized charges, two days apart to gobignetwork.com for $79.00 and $100.00.
I had never heard of gobignetwork.com nor had I ever transacted any business with them. Apparently they somehow gained access to my bank account and billed me for two transactions totaling $179.00. I have no idea what those charges relate to.
I called the phone number listed on their web site but of course they don't answer in person, you get a recording stating they will call you back in 3 days. I also sent them an e-mail to the address on the web site and immediately received an automated e-mail response stating they will contact me back within 3 days. Guess what: NO RESPONSE!
All this tends to lead me to believe they have ripped me off for $179.00 and by ignoring my request to give my money back, have given me the impression they are something other than an honorable company.
I'm sure the loss of $179.00 is not much to them, but being retired and trying to live on a budget hurts when they just take it out of your account and won't even offer an explanation or have the common courtesy to respond to my inquiries.
