My checking account was overdrawn and I recieved two $35.00 overdraft charges and I had no idea why my account was overdrawn. When I got my bank statement, I saw a charge for $31.98 from IDTHECS.com. When i attempted to go online to respond and question these charges, It told me the web site was shut down due to abuse??? I have never gone on the website before. When I called the number listed on my bank statement, the representative that answered would offer me no help and refused to put a manager on the phone. I called back and got the same response and no assistance in resolving this matter. All together, I lost $101.98 due to these fraudulent charges. I haven't checked yet as to whether or not I was charged this amount more than 1 time.
