Purchased a teeth whitener from Dramatic Smiles using my credit card. I never received the product. The company was contacted via the internet and telephone number. I received one e-mail stating to look in my mailbox on Monday. It was already Monday night and no product was received. The e-mail was very unprofessional with no name or title. It appears that the telephone number has been taken off their website. I notified my banks fraud department and the FBI so hopefully I will get this resolved and no others will have to get ripped off.
