I purchased a hair straightener from this company on 26/02/10. My credit card was subsequently charged on 27/02/10.
The product arrived in Australia on 02/02/10. I opened the package only to find that items from the product description were missing (2 x hair product samples). I attempted to use the hair straightener however, quickly found that it was faulty and would not heat at all.
I contacted the Support Team (which is a seperate website to the site where I purchased the straightener) and was told that the vendor refused to provide a refund.
I have opened three further support tickets since then, all requesting a refund. One ticket was closed with no response and the other two tickets remain open with no activity on them.
No further response has been received from the company.
