Purchased window shutters from Beyond Slats Jan. 16 One window's trim did not fit right, the miter lacked approx. 1/8 to 3/16 fitting together. Mr. House promised to order another one. Several weeks went by when he came back to my house to install two additional shutters on other windows. I ask where the trim piece was. He said it was in the truck. He went out to the truck and said he could not find the piece and it must be at the office. This has been going on for approx. A year. I have called several times and left messages. They will not return my phone calls.
Mr. House also promised to order trim pieces to around another window that was not measured correctly to fill in the gaps.
