I sent in a $10.00 rebate form on 9/29/08 for the purchase of one 750ml. Of Kahlua. Sent many letters asking where my rebate was, never got an answer

I purchased a 1.75 liter of Kahlua with a $10.00 rebate form on 9/29/08. I waited and waited for it to come, and finally wrote 3 letters to CMS rebate Center. I never received an answer. I am looking at my rebate form right now. I didn't get rid of it, because I was hoping that the company would do the right thing and send it to me. I am still waiting.
