Com TShirtsville ripoff - I never recive the tshits or money back

I made an order tshirtsville.com no CB070920026658 on 17. Nov. 2009 for a Mr Bungle tshirt, and recive this ok on 20. Dec. 2009.

I made the second order no CB075120026823 on 20. Nov. 2009 for 5 tshirts, and this order turn to be a rip off. I order: "Terror T-Shirt - Bloody Hand", "Cataract T-Shirt - Goat", "Lamb Of God T-Shirt", "Sex Pistols T-Shirt - Never Mind The Bollox" and " Nirvana T-Shirt - Rainbow Sitting Skinny". I pay online for all 5 tshirts by debit card 84.90. The payment was recived and confirmed by them ok.

I recive on 23. Nov. 2009 an email that Sex Pistold tshirt was shipped.
I also get an email on 26. Nov. 2009 where they told me that the restof 3 t-sirts are delay and they are weithing for the stock to arrivefrom the official suplier.
I email them in 10. Dec. 2009 and ask whats happen with my tshirts and I recive the answer: Hi Ciprian, Sorry for the delay, We will be sending them later part of next week, Best regards, Jim
Then I recive another email on 14.
