Union Trust Direct posses approved loans, then notifies you of a four month premium payments that must be paid prior to securing release of the funds that are to be directly deposited into any account you provide to them.
They emiali you very official looking forms to be completed and faxed or emailed back to them. Once they have that information, they tell you to send the premium payments to New York and they give you the name of the person, supposedly from their courier service, whom will pickup the funds and verify that they can now deposit you loan into your account.
Just as they get your payments, they tell you it will be 2 to 4 hours depending on what time they collect your payment from Western Union. I waited nearly 32 hours and no funds were ever deposited. I called the company back and was told that now the loan needed to be insured for 3 months more of premium payments and that they would try to work around that.
Union Trust Direct never had any intentions on providing any loans and what ever premium payments you provided to them are as good as gone. I have in the interim, reported this company ad all affiliates, to the federal trade commission for wire fraud, to Western Union, and also to the consumer affairs department, and I will be filing a law suit with my attorney to bring these perpetrator's to justice.
You need to be on the lookout for the following individuals related to this company, but I strongly believe they use different names in different states, but they are collecting money in New York at various Western Unions.
The names are as follows: Emily Roberts and Sharon Smith, and there is a male working with this outfit, and I strongly feel they are operation from their residence with a trump up company front and a current website to which is linked to several other websites.
